My version, as adapted from several trial and errors...
Tear the leaves of a bunch of kale from the stem.
In a bowl, mix the leaves with:
2-3 TBSP vinegar
2-3 TBSP olive oil
salt and pepper
Toss with your hands.
Place in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
These things are ADDICTIVE.
Sometimes I have these and an orange for lunch...and that's it.
