Corn Spaghetti? Yes.


So tonight, we tried our first G-Free Pasta dinner.

Trader Joe’s Corn Spaghetti with Turkey Sauce:
Boil 1/2 package TJ Corn Spaghetti in salted water.  It is a bit gummy on the fork, but my husband asserts that he likes it better than regular pasta!!! WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Brown 1/2 pound of ground turkey with some salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
Add a jar of your favorite GF marinara. We tried Trader Joe’s 99 Marinara…it was surpisingly chunky (which I love) and sweet…a nice complement to the savory corn spaghetti!!!
This ‘twill be a staple….little miss Emily loved the pasta and sauce as well!!!
